Belize Weather in September !

Hi, with flights from the UK to Cancun dirt cheap I'm looking to dive Cozumel and then Belize in September. Can anyone tell me what the weather and visibility is like around then ?

weather in Belize should be great, assuming there's no hurricane in the neighborhood. It is the peak of hurricane season.

August and September have been the hottest months of the year since I've been here (1999) But, that just makes the water feel nicer. If we get hurricanes they come later, like Oct or Nov. You can probably get by diving multiple dives per day with a 3 ml suit. 2 if you're tough.
