If it moves, it means you are breathing from a small volume of air, probably due to opening the tank valve to check pressure and then shutting it.SOUTH DEVON once bubbled... Quote No 2, I know that you are supposed to breathe on your primary and make sure the needle on your gauge doesn't move , but I'm not quite sure why? Or what you are supposed to do if the needle does move?

Normally, the fix is to open the tank valve before you splash.
The inlet to the first stage being clogged can also cause it.
