Hello SB, I am new to SB and this would be my first post so I hope someone can answer my question. I recently picked up a 1988 Military portable compressor (Capitano 5cfm) with all the manuals and parts catalog, I even have the air test done on this unit. I know it has low hours as I removed the painters tape from the spark plug and stop button. My question is this I want to change the oil in the compressor and would like to use synthetic. Can I just change the oil? What is a good oil to use? Blending Nitrox is in the future. Thanks.
