Ah-HA! So I'm Winning!


I don't know why, but my weight on both weigh-in days has spiked (being a nerd, I am graphing my progress in Excel) Last night when I got home, 124.3kg, and this morning 124.1. By the trend shown on my graph, this is where is looks like it's supposed to be.


 
Always weigh yourself first thing in the morning after emptying bladder and before breakfast so that you get consistent readings.
