Somebody who’s been banned, then comes back with another user name and new IP address.

There is no recourse, it’s their board and their rules. Don’t like it? then follow the TOS and you’ll be fine.

What kind of ban? There are several types — thread, forum, specific time from the whole board, and permanently banned.

So it sounded like ret@rd... and it was quite a double take on my part, while at the same time I'm thinking: "you'll get in trouble but you go Marie! "
