are there any shops in the palm beach area that have banked nitrox so i can get my tanks filled while i wait? i know there is fill express down in pompano, but that is a haul. thanks for the info

To the best of my knowledge Fill Express is the only place down there, the rest are partial pressure fill (i think that is the term) where they fill with O2 and top up with air to get the mix. The only thing i can suggest is to take or rent more tanks or call back ashore to have a new set waiting between boat rides. Most places are happy to mix during the lunch break if there is more than 30 mins before loading time. Banked is hard to find due to the amount of infrastructure needed to support the system compared to an O2 bottle or two and a compressor.

Divers Direct on Northlake and I-95 has banked nitrox. Talk to Paul.

Tom Winters:
... It appears that Nitrox Express in Lake Worth is not operating anymore.

I got fills at Nitrox Express about four weeks ago. Their website seems to be gone, but you may want to check to see if they are open. (Very cheap fills!)
