I've managed to acquire a set of the old Faber 3000psi "skinny" 72's.

I'm looking to double them up but the 6.7" bands I happened to already have are way too big. Does anyone know if 5.5" bands would potentially work, or is my best bet to find a metal shop and get custom ones?

You might be able to buy them new from piranha or NESS. Won't be cheap though.

I do no think 5.5" will work too small. Search for the user DetroitMudPuppy he makes bands and would be a good source. I have seen his bands for sale here and on fleabay.
