As I dive in warm waters I seldom have a need for any for of padding n cus I'm tall n lanky I have to set the straps on quite tight. Getting anything out of that back pad is almost impossible.

I just use a thigh pocket.

Btw, just how many more BP/w questions are you going to ask??? Most of your questions have already been answered in previous posts... just do a search.

He's excited.

And if your spine is bordered by muscle it doesn't mould itself into the V.

And I use neoprene tubes with a slit for D's on shoulders because it makes me happy.

Sorry I couldn't find any posts that directly answered my question. However I did just pull the trigger on a BP/W setup - it should get here Friday :-D Thanks for everyone chiming in on my questions!

Due to stocking issues -
- Oxycheq harness pads got replaced by ones by dive rite.
- Dive Rite AL Plate got replaced by Salvo (...they are lighter...hoping its as durable).

Not too sure I'll like the pockets or chest strap, but got them added in to see how it feels...

Thinking more about it, perhaps I should've gone the SS route for the backplate - but guess I can always add one of those "sausage weight pockets" that fit into the groove of the plates, cam strap weights, weighted STA, or just get an SS plate....I'll post pics in the "Show off your BP/W rig" thread once assembled ;-)

That's a lot of gear, how much you did you have to pay for the whole thing?

As for weights, don't worry, if it's a little light thread a couple of weights onto the cam bands.

Besides getting the pockets, chest strap and harness pads - you pretty much need everything else for a proper bp/w setup? - got the package for a little under 360. instead of the SS sexbolts - I got swapped out to plastic ones, but thats probably ok.
