Yesterday, an instructor who teaches Public Safety diving showed me his solution for lift bags on a Hollis 100; he created a triangle of bungee that runs from the top of each rail and through the cam-band slots.(I don't recall the exact routing, sorry.) He folds his lift bag(s) so they're fairly long and then traps the ends underneath both sides of the bungee. If you have good range of motion, you should be able to grab them at any time, from either side. For the Lift Bag, I have many options. There are some extra attachment points and I can mount a sleeve vertically, I can put in loops where the can light battery would go since I do not have one or I have seen people bungee them to the but of a tank. The sleeve looks like it would be hard to put away underwater. On the Tank will be easy to get to but looks like it would be easy to lose.
