Another case that could have ended differently if proper medical and rescue services were provided on scene.
There are some videos running around online which I will not link, they are not very graphic but the woman can be seen swimming in a pool of her own blood as she is trying to swim back to shore.
The woman is apparently married to a local man and is not a tourist.
