yeah it doesn't look too bad in those couple of shots but it was prob'ly only about 3 or 4 metres with lots of particles, it's generally a bit better there.

Nice work burna! When do you leave? You should try to do some dives in the UK :)

I am back from my weekend away in Mt Gambier! I'll post some pics and info later.

Nelson Bay is a great dive location, shame you can only dive on slack water ... that is where i saw my first Pineapple Fish.

One day i will get to WA and do some diving ... what is the Tomi?

Never been to Lady Musgrave, but have done about 30 dives at Lady Elliot and seen quite a few Mantas ... that isnt far from you BB1
The "TOMI" is a wreck off Geraldton, WA, which was sunk to make an artificial reef in 2004. It is about 3 km off the coast and sits in 30m water. The wreck landed perfectly on it's keel an the deck is almost 100 % horizontal. Before the wreck was sunk it was prepped and holes cut in the sides to allow penetration. It's a fantastic wreck especially for training. I had two students do two Nitrox training dives on it on Saturday. Definitely worth a dive.

Hey there you is. I was wondering where you'd disappeared too!

Under the ground! Yea had a great weekend, did five dives in the cave and survived :) Dived at Allendale: hole in the middle of the road that collapsed a while back, Fossil Cave: cave with some fossils :p Engelbrechts: giant cave that is in the middle of Mt Gambier town, quite pretty on the outside, and Pines: fav cave site, very squeezy in places and harder to cause silt so that's a bonus!

Here are some pics:

Wow - awesome pics!

Cave diving looks amazing but I couldn't cope with passageways like in that pic! :scared:

I'm a big fella and don't do "squeezy" but do love seeing the pics!

Thanks guys!

I used to have claustrophobia real bad but I got over it (long story) so now I am not bothered by little places luckily :)

Awesome pics Saspotato - they give a good insight into cave diving for those of us ocean locked.

I got some dives in earlier this month out at Flinder's Reef and the Pines off Moreton Island.
