Hello All,

I routinely fly to 14,000 MSL as part of my job. I'm recently certified and completing my PADI AOW cert. Other than the 18-24 hour surface interval before flying does anybody have any comments or suggestions? I've seen the chart on the NOAA website, but it is limited to 10,000'. I understand more time is better but want to get other divers opinions.

Thanks,

Mark

You're on O2 above 10,000 feet I presume...?

I think that commercial cabins are pressurized to the equivalent of 8000 ft, so it's not as if you are really trying to breath what little there is at 40000 ft.

Nope, below 14,000' MSL. I'm a professional skydiver. ie. Instructor - AFF/Tandem
