Mine came from Townsend Design which now has a new name, THUASNE. I used mine primarily to protect my knee during mountain biking so I would not hyper extend. There are a lot of brace types out there today, try several if you can as some I found to be bulky so I keep using my old one.
 
I second the above post about CTI. Only brace i would use!
I have torn ACL and PCL and use them for both knees all the time for wakeboarding. I would not hesitate to use it in salt water and would trust that it would hold up extremely well.
