Does anyone have any experience with the Armor "Double Regulator System Backpack #19DBL-IE"? What is "Ballistic Material"?!?

http://www.armorbags.com/regulatorbags.htm

Never really used reg bags much, but as luggage restrictions are getting stricter and my "carry on bag" is required to carry more (most airlines allow 1 "carry on" and 1 "personal bag"...a bag that in theory will fit under your seat)...I find the "reg bag" is a great way to lighten the load on my "carry on".

I generally carry at least 2 regs on trips and so was looking at the double reg bag named above.

Can anyone comment on its quality (good material, good zippers, rugged)? It seems like so many scuba bags I've come across (gear, reg, etc.) are made on the cheap and inflated in price bkz they are "scuba" bags. Annoying...

Are there any other bags that can carry two regs that someone could recommend? Any thoughts on the Stahlsac reg bags? I have noticed Stahlsac stuff is not inexpensive, but does its price reflect quality?

Thank you for your help.

Armor makes great bags in all categories. I have their largest backpack mesh bags for boat diving. It has taken a beaten and doesnt show it a bit. Plus, it has a dry bag compartment that has worked fine. Ballistic material is just super strong and tuff material.

Good luck...

I have an armor regulator bag, its not the one you want, but mine works fine it seems to bee of good quality, and works really well, it is well padded and tough. I'm sure Armors other products would be of the same quality if not better.

I spoke about my feeling about the Armor bag at length in this thread.

I dive a DIR rig with a drysuit - so I got hoses akimbo. If you have to conventional reg rigs, no prob with the model 19.
