When I was in college, (19 yrs old) I worked as a bank teller.

I was taught to have all money facing the same way when you count it. The other day at the bank when the teller gave me my money back, she had it going all different ways.

I could not count it, until I had all the Presidents straightened
out.

Anyone else having a hard time breaking a habit?

So, you count it by which presidents are on it? Dang...I'm weak...I use the numbers.

Well all the bills are Grant or Jackson with a few Hamiltons....so it's easy. :winky:
 
Not only are all my bills facing the same way (I learned as a cashier at our baseball stadium years ago), but on my money clip, I have all my $1s up front, followed by my $5s, $10s and $20s. I'm not totally anal retentive, but I am a stickler for some order in my life.

When I had my retail business in Holland cash deposits to the bank HAD to be like that - or they really moaned!!

I am actully the same wy with my money, it is always in order from lowest to highest denomination.

Yes ... but I only wish I could add that they all were good habits.

Therein lies my struggle.
