I can't believe that you are having trouble contacting DIVEINN.
On the few occasions that I have sent email inquiries to Michelle, I have recieved responses within 2 to 3 hours. I just got an email from her today, thanking me for thanking her for her great customer service.

I've got no complaints.

who know's though..... I can remember working mail order for an international company. Whenever I would get "an anoying" customer that would keep calling and calling or emailing and emailing... I'd ditch him / her to some young kid that really didn't care. Ahhh International Mail Order, you gotta love it.

Possibly the same???
