Are we still able to ignore entire threads?

Hi -

I found some old posts that stated it was possible to do this via Thread Tools from within the thread itself. I don't see this anywhere. I'm trying to prevent certain threads from showing up under the New section or in Latest for each sub-forum.

It is not available under xenForo. Neither is blocking entire forums. Sry.
