Waiting for The Rescue to be available via streaming. The film was only at inconveniently located theaters here.

Bought the kobo version. A great read. I too found it hard to put down. Really appreciate the insight into the planning.

Ok, so where did folks (in usa) buy this book? Both Amazon and BN have it on pre-order for January! Hardcopy as well as ebooks. Could this have sold out and this is a reprint or 2nd edition???

Look for a used copy. Powell’s and AbeBooks are my favorite used book sources.
