Suitable First and Second Stage

Any AL dealer can get the black concave washer but whether they will or not I guess depends on your relationship with them. I think VDH has those washers for sale. I have a bunch but am in Japan so probably not much help, but if you need to, message me.

you need this kit number for the Titan (old version) Nitrox ready

Alright Everyone, I have now successfully rebuilt and tuned the older two Titan first and second stage set from my earlier pictures. I am now ready to jump into the rebuild of the third set. I have a couple of issues keeping me from beginning. This model first has 4 lp and 2 hp ports so I believe it to be the 2011 and newer model. I have a first stage rebuild kit for 2010 Titan/Mikron I bought from VDH. Looking at the document that sh1513 posted earlier in the thread there are new number kits for the Titan second stages. One is 128016 and the other is 128018. I am having trouble trying to figure out which one I need and which one would be the older numbers I can purchase off ebay or VDH. Any guidance? My second issue are that this first and second look completely different from the previous Titan first and seconds I've rebuilt. The first is laid out different and the second has a different VAS and different hose connection than the older ones. Having said that I don't think my current manuals are the correct ones to use to service the regs. Does anyone have the up to date reg. service manuals? I will add a pictures of the first and second for identification purposes.
Sorry the picture is sideways.

128016 is the service kit for the Titan 1st Stage
128018 is the service kit for unbalanced Titan and Calypso 2nd Stages.

You will need them both.

Your 2nd Stage looks like the Calypso/Titan QC second stage. It uses a special hose.

For the manual, use this. It's Mikron, but it's the same layout and service kit parts.

Thanks for the information Umuntu. I really appreciate it.

No, they are not the same. The Mikron 2nd Stage is balanced and the Titan/ Calypso QC 2nd Stage is unbalanced. Yours will be simpler to service.

Unfortunately Aqualung made the QC for only a couple of years. The special hose connection was not popular and it didn't sell well to dive shops which were the primary target market. I don't have a public source for the specific service manual for the QC. The Classic 2nd Stage is similar, but has a different inlet connector and a different Venturi system.

If you want to see the differences, download an older spare parts catalog and look for the Calypso QC 2nd Stage schematic on Pg 25. Pg 26 is the classic.
