I take Bonine every morning of the trip first thing. It's a tiny nothing pill. I haven't had a problem but YMMV.

Depending on the location, the boat tends to move at night, which is when you hit the biggest waves, and stay anchored in more sheltered locations during the day. Perhaps you move once duringt the day but it's usually just moving further down the coast. SO night time is usually the most boat movement.

Try to stay busy and not stress on it. I believe you can bring it on if you start focusing on it.
