Hi, I'm trying to get my Aqua Lung reg and octopus serviced before I head to Mexico in a couple of weeks but I recently moved from Eastern PA to Central PA (Shippensburg). I can't seem to find any dive shops in the area that service Aqua Lung. Anyone know anyone that can service this thing for me before 5/19?

Found these using Philly zip code. But needing them in two weeks? May be tough unless you want to pay extra. I try to service my regs Dec - March when I know I won't be using all of them. This is the busy time for many shops as people suddenly realize that dive season is here in the northeast.

Those are all in Eastern PA. I would contact the closest diveshop in the yellow pages and see if they can service/check it. I know there are several in your area. I bet one can service or at least check an AL reg.

Servicing a regulator just before a dive trip is not a good idea unless the regulator is already having problems. Unless your regulator is already misbehaving, I'd wait until you get back.

I agree. I would think most shops would check your IP while you wait. If thats good and it is breathing well, its probably fine.

Blue Horizons can service your Aqualung Reg. Call and ask for Dave.

They moved to Glen Mills so it shoudn't be far from you.

The OP is NO longer in Eastern, PA
