Apeks WTX harness rolling tank issue

I used book screws. Wing, outer deluxe harness, and plate are sandwiched together. I use 2 grip lock bands and I have never not had the tank be rock solid. The bands are only threaded through the slots in the wing and harness, they don’t thread through the plate on mine.

I’m back from a 1 week trip in Egypt and I had no issue.
I used the screws and tighten more the tank.
