Hey everyone, first-time poster here. I’m in the process of buying my first BCD and have decided on a BP/W setup. I have a good deal on the Apeks WTX D30 wing but have read in the regulator section that Apeks/Aqualung struggles and parts availability might be a problem going forward.

Given that Apeks sometimes uses non-standard components, could this also be a concern for the wing?

Valid concern; being dump valve is proprietary, 'behooves you to have @ least one spare.

Thanks! I’ll probably check out some other options then.

Unfortunately, this is an issue!

I have a WTX-30 PSD wing for some years now and, although I am very happy with the product, it is a pain in the neck to get parts!

Where's Aqualung going?

Aqualung is now officially under bankruptcy law here in France. At this time it is the lightest process of "redressement judiciaire" meaning an administrator manages the debt and has to find a buyer. And we know Head Group (Mares, SSI...) made an offer. To be followed...
