I totally can't complain... We were "stuck" at the Hotel Metropole which was super nice and they gave us a discounted rate too! If you're going to be strained, Catalina is definitely the place to be... ice cream at Big Olafs, dinner at El Galleon, walk around the downtown area and watch the waves break then dancing at Chi Chi's. Coulda been a lot worse ;-)
