Anyone Used Mares Avant Superchannels?

In the November 07 issue of Scuba Diving Magazine they rated 18 new fins. On paper the Mares Avanti Superchannel full foot fin sounds pretty good. I do mostly warm water diving and I prefer the full foot, the booty and open heel setups end up pinching my feet(maybe it was just the set up I had). So any thoughts out there? Has anyone tried the Superchannels?
