I'm just surprised there are no people with mops removing the water from the streets. When I was in Tokyo one time (I think it was Valentines Day 2014), it snowed and there were shopkeepers with garden spades removing snow from the city streets to keep the city from shutting down.be thankful, it could be cats and dogs falling from the sky...
