Anyone know what cost on a dolphin is?

I'm supposse to be getting a good deal on a dolphin and am wondering what the cost is for the unit.

There is a guy in New York selling non existant Dolphins to unsuspecting folks. Lots of messages have been posted about it in the rebreather forums and there has been some arrests

Here in Europe, I see them for about 2200 to 2800with Oxygauge.
