unfortunately the wind was up that day for us!
At most they go once a week but from what I have heard it is more like once every 3 or 4 weeks in the season of April - November. Also I don't think they through much food so I would doubt it has to do with feeding.
I really wanted to see Edward grab one, maybe next time....
