prefer to dive Cozumel in shorts and a .5mm shirt, but have noticed that even though I am not feeling cold, I tend to use more gas when water is around 79 - 80 degrees.

I just ordered a 2 mm front zip wetsuit jacket, whcih I think would be perfect on top of my shirt.

Has anyone dove with a front zip jacket? Any problems?

I think they're great, and you can get with built-in hoods for extra warmth.

Some people (myself included) find it difficult to get out of a front zip wetsuit.
