just wondering if anyone has signed up yet for this - it starts this month. I am dying to hear how the diving is in that area. From what reading I have done, it sounds like excellent walls in St. Croix and reefs in PR area. Big plus also is no passport is needed. :D I wish they were doing this more than just winter months though.
if you are going on this trip, be sure to post a trip report when you get back. We want to hear all about it.:D

Haven't done this itinerary yet (have it on my list though) but I'm betting you'll need a valid US Passport to fly from the continental US to PR.

Also interested in reading any/all trip report from those who go on this itinerary.

I have been told that since PR is a US territory, no passport is needed. Nekton staff told me the same. Same thing for St. Croix, part of Virgin Islands so no passport.

I ran into a friend yesterday who is booked on the PR/St. Croix trip in Dec. He will give us the scoop when they return. :D

You absolutely do not need a passport for any US territories. This includes all of the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam to name a few. That's one of the big selling points of this trip....you never leave the US. ;)
