I don some neoprene sock before putting my suit, makes sliding in easier.Ik

Overall it gets easier with experience. Never just pull hard on your suit, everyone who isn't used to wetsuits does that, but it creates a suction effect and generally makes it harder.

It's better to wriggle a finger in between to break the suction and guide the suit gently. Just take your time, it will be faster in the end.

I usually just struggle, but have heard of using plastic bags, pantyhose, dawn detergent, and baby shampoo.

Do any of these work well enough to use?

How specifically do you use Dawn? Spread it on your arms and legs? Seems disgusting and polluting to me.

Thanks!
Vote is for plastic grocery bag. Use it all the time between surf sessions when suit is wet. Put first foot in bag, step through leg hole, take off, put on other foot - repeat. Then over hands and punch through.
