Delta just cancelled my mid September flights to Bonaire....I was scheduled to do a class on Bon...rescheduled for September 2021.....we also have a Bonaire trip scheduled for May 2021...hopefully that happens....
Any thoughts or insight as to when Bonaire may reopen?

Open, but not to us.... The US is not viewed as in a good condition to welcome visitors from.

Note that the list of "low risk" countries varies a bit day-by-day (Luxembourg is now high-risk and Switzerland is now low-risk).
So, in summary, they are open -- but to the US.

American just cancelled my August 29 MIA-BON flight and offered September 12 instead.
Pure speculation by AA.

My speculation is that Bonaire is about to announce an extension to its travel restrictions through the end of August, but possibly until mid September. They've been announcing policies one month at a time.
