Were you the one who won it at the A1 May Sale?

I already have Sea Life Mini though that I bought a year ago. The one thing I like about these cameras is the durability. On my last two trips, I have watched many housings flood. I know I abuse mine pretty good and have no problems so far.

The Sea Life DC800 looks pretty cool though. At some point I may need to upgrade myself.

Lucky bugger. We were there, but lightning didn't strike twice. (We won a nice dive bag last year)

What can I say....Going to as many seminars as we could paid off for us two years in a row! Wishing (like everyone else) we had won a trip, that would make my husband's wallet complain a whole lot less right now. Some of those trips were pretty awesome this year! I guess next year is A-1's 50th anniversary so that should be a good one.

My camera is not bad but my photos look nothing like some of the really good ones on this site. Someday maybe I'll get a SLR, for now my Sea&Sea will do! I just need another vacation to use it...Thinking about maybe their Curacao trip next month or Cayman Aggressor

I missed the entire sale!

I wanted to go not to win things (well that would have been nice), but to meet and greet! Ohhh well, my bathroom floor is now tiled.

I take it A1 won't exchange the camera for store credit?

I doubt they would do that, as these items come from the vendors directly, not from A1 stock.

I'd actually be interested in this camera for my wife if it didn't have a 75 ft limit.

Ya, not that I'm knocking winning a free camera or anything, but 75ft limit.. sheesh.

Didn't think of asking for store credit or anything, but I would have to agree with you since it does come directly from the vendors... no biggie though, I'm sure someone will want it eventually... it's a good starter camera anyway.

UWBB is the photo bug, and like she said, the sea&sea, (while not a professional one) does pretty good for now.
