I have a new pair of ScubaPro Jet Fins with about 12 dives on them. Getting the fins on, no problem; getting them off is a production that may involve 1-3 additional divers. The springs are incredibly stiff and it's hard to get good purchase to slide them over the heel of the boot.

Is there any feasible way to relax/stretch out the springs to make doffing easier?

(Yes, I know, keep diving them. But I want something faster!)

Sounds like your springs are too short. Either get longer springs and mount them yourself, or streach the current springs under the rubber covers untill they are comfortable. If mounted you may need to cut the cave line inside the spring strap that is there to keep the straps from streaching too far.
I use longer springs, covered with 3/4" garden hose and am very happy with them, fins stay on and nothing hurts. Rubbing the fin pocket out with car wax is also a big help in taking the fins off.

It’s not just Rosa. I have a new pair of Jets I dived once because the spring straps are so stiff. It’s not that they’re too tight. Even trying to stretch the spring on land is very tough.

I do not know, is it possible to buy it in real somewhere, but it most usefull toy, can helps you.
... may be you can ask @The Chairman for modeling it and print on his 3D printer? :)

or you can do it by yourself from another materials, but with same idea as https://www.finclip.cloud/finclip-eng

It is the real. You can buy them on amazon dot com. https://smile.amazon.com/Finclip-Step-Binding-Diving-Flippers/dp/B07DS1BG85

They cost more than many fins do.

Get a pair of replacement straps for Aeris Accel fins. The stretch far better than springs and are much easier to put on and off.

Those won’t work on jets, they need posts to mount on. The best solution I use, for me, is to replace springs with 1/4” bungee and use pulls like deep 6/Hollis use on their springs. As stated earlier they don’t have to be tight. If you have screws for mounting the spring just put the screw in and tie the bungee to the screw or use wire ties to secure the ends once you have the right length.
