Any good place to check a tenants credit report+score?

I am going to rent out my apartment...

Can anyone recommend any good service to check tenants credit report and any other things I might need to check? Like it would be a good to find a nice site that would check all three top bureaus w/o ripping me off...

I found the first form on google: "credit report consent form" credit report consent form - Google Search

and the tenant signed it so I need to check him...

the form also has:

* Employment Verification, Education Verification, Credentials Verification
* Personal Identity Verifications, Past Employment Verification, Reference Checks
* Criminal Records, Civil Cases, Motor Vehicle Records, Credit Report

And what else would you advise for me to check?
