I've went up to Dutch a couple times last here and didn't have the best experiences. The quarry itself is very nice with great facilities but we had less than pleasant experiences with the staff both times. We waited for almost three hours for air fills last time after being told it would take 30 minutes and the fill guy was extremely rude. I'm sure this is not the norm but I just now prefer to head down to Rawlings if I'm gonna hit a quarry. (Like Dog Days)
What I'd really like to find is a source for Nitrox fills around here. It really makes it difficult to dive without local fills. I have to get to Morehead really early on Friday nights to get fills for the Saturday dives. If I could fill during the week up here it would be great. I guess I'll have to keep adding to the piggy bank to put together my own fill station.
I've been thinking about giving Lynnhaven a try as well. Anyone know what the conditions usually are? What kind of exposure suit do you usually need down there?
Jamie: I'll see you Sunday on the boat.
