I'm very happy I saw this thread today.
more 270,000 Sharks are killed everyday for sport, finning, ect.
After I read that a few years ago I have done what I could to help save a shark.

I must say I am dissapointed the numbers have not climbed faster. I thought the goal would be reached much faster. You know when I sent this to my friends and family my father asked me if it was a april fools joke.

Amazing the thigs that go on in this world that we never know about.

Last week's episode of "60 Minutes" had a short piece on shark finning, so that'll help educate a ton of people.
