The morning trip is almost filled. We can take one more diver if someone else is interested. Right now we have me, Alan, Shawn O., Brian B., Donna and Hexar confirmed for the A.M. boat.

The afternoon boat still has 3-4 slots left with me, Trista, and Donna confirmed. That's still enough divers to run the trip, so the afternoon dive is definitely a go too.

It looks like we'll have a good group, John.

Thank you for organizing it!

The morning boat is full. Just one slot left in the afternoon. If anyone wants it PM me.

Looks like we're gonna have some fun!! :)

You got it! Just one spot left on the P.M. boat now!

John..... SIGN me up for the afternoon trek also if the slot is still open. ?

You got it...that was the last spot, so we have a full boat now!!! :D

That makes full boats for the morning and afternoon trips. If you didn't get on this time don't worry...we'll do it again!

Next Sat. weather is looking nice!

I was at the Mansfield Dam today diving....vis was 'ok', great really by my standards-lol,, and the temps are still holding warm at 79f.

Just wanted to give everyone a reminder about the Travis Boat dives this Saturday. Here's who's booked for each boat:

10:00 a.m Departure
-------------------
John
Alan
Shawn O.
Brian
Hexar
Marissa

3:00 p.m. Departure
-------------------
John
Trista

As you can see we have had a couple of folks cancel...we originally had 7/boat. If you know of anyone who would be interested in joining us, in the afternoon especially, let me know.

Details to Remember:
--------------------
** Get to the dock in time to get all of your gear loaded...approximately 1 hour prior to the boat leaving the dock.

** The Buba Dives boat is moored at Keller's Marina. Here's a link to a map to get you there: 15911 Edwards Dr, Austin, TX 78734, USA - Google Maps. Don't make the mistake of going to Emerald Point Marina by Carlos' & Charlie's. Keller's Marina is near there, but it is NOT the same place. Follow the map!

** The gate to the marina may be closed. If it is all you have to do is input the code. If you forgot it PM me. It's not tricky. You just type in the number and the gate slides open. Viola!

** The cost is $20/person per trip unless we have less than 6. If folks bail and we have less than 6 then it's $30/person. Bring $30 cash for each trip just in case someone doesn't show...that's $60 if you're doing both trips.

** If you feel like being organized you can go to the Buba Dives website and download the forms to fill out in advance. You'll find them here: Buba-_Forms. They don't print out that great, but I don't think Shawn D. cares as long as they are completed and signed.

** EACH TRIP WILL BE A TWO TANK DIVE. You have to bring all of your own gear including your tanks and a safety sausage. If you don't have a safety sausage Shawn will loan you one of his.

** IF YOU'RE DOING BOTH TRIPS BRING 4 TANKS. There won't be time to get fills in between runs.

** Don't worry about having a buddy. We'll make sure you have one before you hit the water.

** We usually find anchors and miscellaneous other item lost by boat owners with more money than sense. :) That said, I'd recommend bringing a lift bag and reel if you have one. Last trip we found 5 anchors and a brand new 2.5 HP gasoline outboard motor.

** Bring something to drink and snack on just like you would for any dive. We can combine coolers if we need to.

** If you have questions PM me. If you get lost or have last minute issues call me on my cell phone (PM me if you lost it or don't have it).
See y'all on Saturday at Keller's Marina! The weather is looking good and the vis in the lake is hanging in there too. We're going to have a great time!!
