Tried out my new BP/W setup (Oxycheq Sig 45# w/ Hammerhead Steel w/ 1 piece STA and webbing harness, a kit also from Hammerhead) on Tuesday, and I have to say thank you to the folks on Scubaboard that brought BP/W rigs to my attention. It has taken me 2 years to make the change, but I am very happy I finally did.
My BC (Oceanic Probe back inflate) used to shift up/down and side-to-side so my trim was always getting out of whack. The BP/W is rock-solid (to quote a line seen frequently on this board). The only problem I had was it took me a couple times to get used to the location of the pull-dump valve.
So, to the folks at OxyCheq and Hammerhead, thank you for your great products. And to all of the DIR and non-DIR fans of BP/W that have posted over the years, Thank you for the education.
