viz is pretty much the same (great) in both PG and Anilao. I've dived Anilao more than PG, but in PG I can only think of one time I wasn't happy with the viz. In Anilao, the viz is beautiful in the morning but can drop by the afternoon.
With your proximity, you should try make it over there.
