My record says on Jan. 27 to Feb. 1, 2007 while diving in Anilao the coldest water temp I encountered was 71F/21.6C. Diving up to 4x/day, I felt the chill even with a 3 mm suit but the diving is definitely worth it. Late December temp should be similar.

i already bought a bottle of J&J warming oil... that plus 5mm blubber should keep me sane, it's not like i haven't dived 26C before...
