I have used:

Sherwood Shadow +, it leaves the BCD hose untouched and can move from BCD to BCD as it is on the inflation hose. It has a very short hose to breathe off.

Oceanic Air XS, good but uses a different sized hose for the BCD, need to change inflation hoses to change BCDs. Longer to the mouth than the Sherwood system.

I now use the Zeagle Mk2, it has been rugged and breathes fine at depth when I have tested it.

On all of my primary 2nd stages I have a 360 degree swivel at the reg end so I can easily flip my primary around for an out of air diver when they are facing me, it also has a slightly longer hose by 4 inches. I then go to my alternate system. As an Instructor I wear a conventional Octo when teaching but not when I dive for pleasure. With a hoseless SPG and the Zeagle Mk2 I only have 2 hoses on my reg. This is easier for traveling and very streamlined in the water.
