I have the Aladin Prime wrist mount computer. I purchased a bungee mount to put it in, but can't figure out how to get it out of the wristband mount. Any suggestions?

My VT3 didn't come out of the factory wrist mount. I just had to take off the wrist bands and rest went into the bungee mount. Works great.
