I've never tried nitrox but our shrimp love it. I add it to our shipping tanks....of course it's only "Hank's NiCrustOx blend" of an oxygen line going into a vigorously air mixed tank. They don't seem so tired at the end of a long shipment down to Mango Creek.
 
I rarely use nitrox for normal dives (shallower than 40m, no stop). It would near triple the cost of the fill for that dive and i cant see any benefit at all out of it. It doesnt make me feel less tired, there is no evidence it reduces the rate of DCS so why would i want to pay more>

Nitrox has a use if you get up against no stop times or want to reduce deco hangs but for me at least it isnt something i need to use on every dive. The cost/benefit just doesnt justify itself.
