Hi all! Am currently using open heel Scubapro Twin Jets. I find them a bit heavy, plus the slight issue of having to pack boots. Am keen to try full footed fins, but am worried about getting blisters. Another consideration is the weight of the fins. Maybe I'm being fussy, but I find that the Twin Jets are kinda on the heavier side.

Cheers!

You don't have to use boots with the scubapro fins, you can get thinner ankle-high slippers that are much lighter and easier to pack (presuming you are diving in warm water). I have ones with vents at the heels so the water drains from them as you walk around the boat. Also, scubpro makes two models of the twin jet, the black are negatively buoyant and the blue are positively buoyant. I use the blue ones because a) they feel lighter underwater and b) if you lose control of one in the water, it will float
