Of course you can especially if there is any personal gain in it.
"Dan" must have personal experience on staying at the Homestay by describing it as "rough"!

But if you really want to go to RA, go to the north RA to see more sharks in the area.

Some area in North RA can be too rough to some divers, like Weka’s Wow in Kawe, just make sure your guide knows the right time to dive there and you know how to handle down current.

This is my first trip to Asia and first time to Raja Ampat (RA). I’m going to try to do this as a live report to the extent I have an internet connection. This was a complicated trip to plan and execute because I’m doing a 10-night stay at Sorido Bay Resort (SBR) (as an individual booking) followed by a 12-day liveaboard with Damai II (Bluewater Travel group trip), and I needed to stay within the 30-day visa limit for Indonesia. I did most of the planning myself, but my agent at Bluewater guided me through the process.

I lack patience for this type of detailed writing but thank you to point it out to me ofcourse! I am almost ready to book for feb. and it will be homestays and diving!
