What is going on here? Do you have OW certification?
You must have funds for food, gas, etc, you have the funds to pay for diving expenses also or do you need to work as you travel?
Sounds like a great setup and way to get diving.
It's a little unusual in Florida but can (has been) be done. Particularly around cave country where there's less dense population and more 'locals'. Work I don't know about as I am Canadian. Perhaps casual work at a dive shop if one of them has noticed your post and aren't horrified and likes your approach to life.
All the best,
Cameron
If you wish to hang around our lovely state you can dive Sand Hollow near St. George all year, it may get in the low 50's.Hey!
My name is Krystal, i have been diving for about a year now and living out of my vehicle(truck camper) for a couple years.
I'm living in Utah so diving is limited here- especially in the winter, and I'm finding it a little difficult to get ratings as well.
I'm thinking of moving to Florida or somewhere south for the winter to work and dive and I'm curious how acceptable living in your vehicle is in Florida and if there is any places anyone would suggest going.
Anyway, I'm very interested in getting to know other divers and seeing new sites!
