I've been soaking my BC and the rest of my gear in neoprene shampoo, then Sink the Stink, for the last couple of years and rinsing the inside of my BC out with fresh water. While I was at the LDS picking up my reg I was told that the best thing to use for BC's, inside and out, is this special BC cleaner. The guy said, your BC is not neoprene so why are you using that to rinse it out? That made sense so I bought this BC cleaner. Is this really necessary?

Use the same stuff that were taking about in your "Rinsing Regulators" thread.

Works fine for me. Just rinse it good or it could get real pretty on your next dive..

To me. It is another junk... I just use simple baby shampoo and mouthwash (Target brand Lisetrin, cheap). If I don't have anythng ready, simply dilute vinegar with water.
