To echo the comments above from mer and drew, don't make your gear selection based on what deal you can get from your shop. There are numerous sources for quality backplates with continuous webbing, and for decent wings. A sixty pound wing is too much for a single tank - you'll have trouble with the wing flapping up around the tank when the wing has air in it.

Not to mention the problems you'll have trying to get the air out when it comes time to ascend.
