A crown just fell off my molar. Nothing hurts but can I dive before I see my dentist?

There is an OTC dental crown cement intended just for this sort of thing, and I carry it when I travel. I have used it once, and I have dived with the crown that fell off cemented back on with it. My dentist was very happy that I'd cemented it back on to protect the tooth and said I'd done the right thing, FWIW.

I can't speak for your particular situation, only for my own. I had a gold crown fall off a day before I left for Belize to work as a marine biologist/UW videographer on an eco cruise ship (Lindblad). I had no problem with my tooth... in fact I still haven't replaced the crown and it has been 15 years now!
